Lixar is proud to kick-off the 5th annual Lixar - SOS Children's Villages Soccer Day campaign entitled Dreams of a Lifetime.
This campaign is an acknowledgement of the commitment and support shown by Lixar, Lixar staff, friends, family and clients who have contributed funds to help build the SOS Village in Rustenburg, South Africa & the opportunities that they have given to 634 children through the Lixar SOS Family Strengthening Scholarship Program.
Each of the 634 Lixar Scholarship children can now attend school to learn, play and grow because obstacles like unequal educational opportunities, tuition fees, and school uniform costs have been taken away and school supplies such as pencils, paper, and notebooks have been provided.

As some have said, in Africa (as in other countries around the world) "soccer is like a religion". To these children, the opportunity to attend this game and watch an African team compete is truly a Dream of a Lifetime.
Because of their hard work and determination, Lixar will be sending them (with VIP tickets) to the Ghana vs. Australia FIFA World Cup game on June 19th at the Rustenburg Stadium, Rustenburg, South Africa.
